I've taken on fractional work, part-time jobs, and consulting projects, all while staying visible and building relationships. I've even started sharing my ideas through media posts and my Substack, which has led to new opportunities. In my opinion, the key to surviving job searching in your 50s is to stop resting on your laurels and start focusing on the value you continue to deliver.
